Pumping & Return-to-Work Plans – Personalized pump schedules, flange sizing, workplace pumping strategies, and planning for milk storage and transportation.

Bottle Feeding – Bottle fitting and evaluation, introduction support, bottle refusal and aversion solutions, and troubleshooting challenges such as leaking, reflux, or excess air intake.

Older Baby Feeding – Guidance for introducing solids, feeding on the go, babywearing while breastfeeding, managing bottle challenges in older babies, and Bebe Munchee support.

This one-on-one prenatal consultation is designed to help you feel informed, confident, and empowered, whether you plan to breastfeed, pump, bottle-feed, or are still deciding what’s best for your family.

    We’ll cover essential topics like milk supply, pumping preparation, flange sizing, and early feeding plans. You’ll also receive guidance on setting realistic expectations and have the opportunity to ask all your questions in a supportive, judgment-free space.

    Appointments last approximately two hours and are offered in-office only.

    Self-Pay Rate: $165

  • Initial Postpartum Consult

    Start your postpartum journey with compassionate, personalized feeding support designed to help you feel confident and cared for in the early days with your baby. Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle-feeding (with breast milk or formula), pumping, or combining approaches, this in-depth consultation offers a full infant feeding wellness check and expert guidance tailored to your family’s needs.

    We’ll assess latch, positioning, milk transfer, and feeding patterns, and screen for tongue, lip, and buccal ties as part of a functional oral motor evaluation.

    Appointment lasts approximately two hours and are offered in-home, in-office or via telehealth. (30 min. travel radius)

  • Follow-Up Consult

    Continue your feeding journey with consistent, expert support tailored to your evolving needs. Follow-up consultations are perfect for addressing new or ongoing challenges, including milk supply concerns, pumping and bottle feeding, plugged ducts or mastitis, weighted feeds, preparing to return to work, re-lactation, using the Bebe Munchee, or introducing solids.

    Each consult is a chance to assess progress, adjust your care plan, and ensure you feel confident moving forward.

    Appointment lasts approximately one hour and are offered in-home, in-office or via telehealth. (30 min. travel radius)
